These terms govern your use of nsibra.com, GVP, Institution OS and the Sovereign Compute Node services, together called "the services", provided by NSIBRA. By using the services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
1. Who may use the services
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement. If you use the services on behalf of an institution or organisation, you confirm that you are permitted to do so.
2. Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details, for keeping your sign-in secure, and for what happens under your account. Tell us promptly at contact@nsibra.com if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
3. Plans and payment
The Free plan is provided at no charge, with the limits shown in the services. The Individual plan is billed monthly in naira at the price shown when you subscribe, and renews each month until you cancel. Payments are processed by Paystack. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for. Institution OS and the Sovereign Compute Node are provided under a separate agreement with the institution, and that agreement governs its pricing and terms.
We may change prices. A change will not affect a period you have already paid for, and we will tell you before a new price applies to you.
4. Your work
You keep all rights in what you submit to the services and in the work produced for you. You give NSIBRA permission to process that material only as needed to provide the services to you. You confirm that you are entitled to submit what you submit, including any information about other people.
5. Checking the work
The services use AI models. Although work is checked by independent models before you see it, AI can make mistakes, and items it cannot confirm are marked for you. You are responsible for reviewing work before you rely on it, sign it or send it. The services do not provide legal, financial or other professional advice.
6. Act and authority
Act reads the page you send it and reports what it finds. Any feature beyond reading and reporting, including reading screenshots, is available only where an institution has switched it on for the relevant role. You must not use the services to act inside any software where you do not have authority to do so.
7. Acceptable use
You must not use the services to break the law; to submit material you have no right to share; to attempt to gain access to accounts, data or software that are not yours; to interfere with the services or their security; to copy, resell or reverse engineer the services; or to produce material intended to deceive, defraud or harm others.
8. Our property
The services, including their software, design, names and logos, belong to NSIBRA or its licensors. These terms do not give you any right to them other than to use the services as these terms allow.
9. Other services
The services rely on providers such as AI model providers, hosting providers and Paystack. Their services are subject to their own terms. Names and logos of other companies shown on nsibra.com are trademarks of their owners and do not imply endorsement.
10. Changes and availability
We improve the services continually, so features may change. We aim to keep the services available, but they may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance or for reasons outside our control.
11. Ending your use
You may stop using the services and close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, after telling you why where it is lawful and practical to do so.
12. Disclaimer
Except as stated in these terms or required by law, the services are provided as they are, without warranties of any kind.
13. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, NSIBRA is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and its total liability to you for any claim relating to the services is limited to the amount you paid NSIBRA for the services in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
14. Institution agreements
Where an institution has a separate agreement with NSIBRA, that agreement applies to its use of the services and takes priority over these terms where the two differ.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and the courts of Nigeria have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Where a change is significant, we will tell you before it takes effect. Continuing to use the services after that means you accept the updated terms.
17. Contact
For any question about these terms, write to contact@nsibra.com.
