Open GVP in any browser and start free, on your own. You do not need permission from your institution. To keep it on your phone, add it to your home screen from your browser's menu.
Say what you need the way you would say it to a colleague, and attach what you are working from. GVP tells you what it plans to write first. Tap Go ahead, or correct it.
These are facts, dates or figures GVP could not confirm, left for you to check. Fill them in or correct them before you sign or send the work.
Act needs a computer, with the page you are working on open beside GVP. Send the page, and Act reports what it finds.

Message usIt starts with a conversation about your departments and records. We set up the OS in your institution's name, connect your records and bring each department on.
Each department has its own login, and each role reaches only what it needs. Your institution decides who sees across departments and which Act features are switched on.
Tell us what you want to add, and we do it for you. That is part of running the OS on your behalf.
The OS carries your name, and the data and the record are yours. If a contract ends, you keep both.
About Institution OSA quiet node suits one office or department. An institution node suits many departments. We help you choose from the work you actually run.
Where your institution requires its node, work stops rather than leaving. Tell us, and we will help bring it back. Where the node is not required, work continues through the engine.
A node needs reliable power. If the room does not have backup, an inverter and battery keep it working when the grid does not.
Hardware is passed through at cost, and every quote is laid out line by line, valid for a short period because prices are moving.

Open Settings in GVP and choose the Individual plan. It starts as soon as payment goes through.
Message us to cancel. It takes effect at the end of the month you have paid for, and you keep the plan until then.
Message usYou pay in naira, by card or transfer, through Paystack. You do not need a dollar card, and there is no exchange spread.

Message usIn GVP, choose Teach it your office format and give it something your office has already issued and approved, such as a memo or a return.
From then on, everything it produces follows that format.

Reading screenshots is switched on by your institution for the roles it chooses. If it is off, Act reads the page itself instead.
